What is Obesity?

Obesity is a condition in which a person has more body fat than is healthy. We diagnose Obesity based on your body mass index (BMI). BMI is defined as the weight in kilograms divided by the height in meters squared (kg/m2). A normal BMI is between 18.5-24.9. Overweight is defined as BMI between 25-29.9.
